Rule 78

No one shall place garbage in an unorganized manner inside the airport area.
(2) The authority may impose fines on the person or organization who litters indiscriminately as determined from time to time.
(3) In an area of at least three kilometers around the airport, no one shall openly pile up and throw garbage etc. (4) In order to reduce the impact of pollution on the cultural heritage, atmosphere and environment, no one should fly and operate an aircraft exceeding the pollution tolerance limit determined by the authority.
(5) In order to maintain a sustainable environment at the airport, the authority may determine a separate fee for each landing and flight from time to time.
